Health, Dental and Vision Benefits

Atkore offers competitive choices for valuable health care coverage including a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) medical plan, a Health Savings Account (HSA) medical plan, and a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) medical plan. Plus, when employees enroll in an Atkore medical plan, they automatically receive prescription drug benefits.

Employees have a choice between two dental options, including a low-cost dental maintenance organization (DMO) plan for certain locations.

Atkore also offers voluntary group vision benefits at discounted rates to help our employees save money.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)

Atkore offers the option of Flexible Accounts.  Employees can choose to participate in Health Care and Dependent Day Care FSAs to set aside pre-tax dollars for eligible out-of-pocket health care and dependent day care expenses.

Life, Accident and Disability Insurance

Atkore provides basic life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment insurance and business travel accident insurance at no cost to employees. Employees may also elect to purchase supplemental life insurance, personal and family accident insurance, and long term disability insurance at favorable group rates.

Tuition Reimbursement

At Atkore, we believe that continuing education is an essential element for the success of our employees and our business. We offer tuition reimbursement for approved business and technical college courses, including associate, undergraduate and graduate level college courses.

The Atkore Family Foundation provides one-time or short-duration financial relief to active employees, employees of customers and suppliers of Atkore International, and 501c3 organizations serving the communities in which Atkore operates to help those who have experienced unexpected hardships for reasons beyond their control. Atkore provides access to Auto and Home insurance at group discounted rates.
