Public Country-by-Country Reporting

 

Atkore Inc. is committed to transparency in its tax reporting and compliance obligations. The report on income tax information, also referred to as Public Country-by-Country Reporting, for the Atkore Group has been prepared in accordance with Directive (EU) 2021/2101 regarding the disclosure of income tax information by certain undertakings and branches, as transposed into Belgian law by the Act of 8 January 2024 and further implemented by the Royal Decree of 18 June 2024.

 

Atkore has filed the report with the National Bank of Belgium using the taxonomy and technical guidelines issued by the National Bank of Belgium. In accordance with Article 3:36/1, paragraph 3, 2° of the Belgian Code of Companies and Associations, Atkore has applied the exemption from separate publication of the report on this website.

 

The report includes information required under the applicable public country-by-country reporting rules, including certain financial and tax-related metrics presented by jurisdiction. Some of these metrics may differ from, or may not be directly comparable to, financial measures prepared in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles. Investors and other users should not view these non-GAAP measures in isolation or as substitutes for Atkore’s consolidated financial statements, results of operations, cash flows, or other measures prepared in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
