The primary channels of communication are monthly 1 on 1 performance discussions with each direct report, to help drive employee engagement and gain alignment with the company’s mission, values, and strategic priorities; and include employee town halls at local, business unit and enterprise levels, employee roundtables that provide opportunities to review and discuss strategic initiatives, performance, in the form of feedback and also action to remove obstacles and share best practices.
